Three Basic Principles of Energy Industries The company's goals and objectives revolve around three basic principles; proper design, proper installation, and proper maintenance.
According to Darren Kimura, these three factors are essential in order to achieve long-term energy conservation.
"The concept, of course, is whenever we go into a facility, we provide them I guess consultative services as to how much energy can be saved. We want the customer to achieve that energy savings. We don't want them to just buy off on a concept and never ever see that achievable energy savings."
"Around those three principles, we built four divisions of our company. The first is advisory, the second is energy services, the third is controls, and the fourth is contracting." Energy Industries markets its services to a variety of institutions including hotel, commercial, retail, health care, government, education, and industrial establishments.
"We typically look for large facilities, the larger the better obviously because the more energy they can save."
"And of course the longer operations they use their systems, the better for them, the more they can save as well."
Because of the varying degrees of energy consumption, no two establishments have the same configuration.
"We call it a design-build turnkey solution. It's custom tailor-made for each location. No two systems are ever alike. There's no cookie cutter solution here."
