Dr. Ryan Ferchoff's natural approach to health corresponds to his natural inclination to help others. Owner of Manoa Natural Wellness Center, Dr. Ferchoff's mission is to be able to help others through his professional and volunteer work.

"One of the main things is exercise, and then there's diet, making sure that you're exercising at least an hour a day," he said. "Either doing it in the morning or at night; or even if you have a lunch break, going out and get in a quick half-hour, even if it's a simple walk."
